1. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it.

2. Credits & Subscriptions

Virly is sold as a monthly subscription that grants credits used for AI generations. Credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated and have no cash value.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Virly to generate content that infringes others' rights, impersonates real people without consent, or violates applicable law.

4. Content ownership

You retain rights to the inputs you upload and the outputs you generate, subject to a license to us to operate the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
